Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Vectma Pte. Ltd. (“Vectma”, “we”) collects through vectma.com and how we use it. Vectma is a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202647782D), with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914.

What we collect
When you visit vectma.com. The site has no accounts, no forms, no analytics and no advertising, and it doesn't set cookies of its own. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so that it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie for the same reason.
When you email us. We receive your email address, your name if you include it, and anything you write or attach.
How we use it
- To reply to you and keep a record of our conversation.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it.
Where it's processed
Our service providers may process data outside Singapore. When they do, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it to a standard comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to deal with your message and for our records, then delete them. Cloudflare keeps technical logs for a limited time under its own policy.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Email hello@vectma.com and we'll reply as soon as we can, within the time the law allows.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
